Chapter #1
The entire Mutant X team was standing in a dark street watching a young girl.
"Are you sure she's the same girl?" asked Shalimar
"Yeah I'm sure" replied Adam
"What did you say her name was?" said Brennan
"Isabel" said Adam
"Should we go and talk to her" asked Emma
"Yeah" said Adam
"But be careful ok, we don't want to scare her"
The group moved up behind the young girl.
"Isabel" Adam said
The girl spun round and stared at the group with fear in her eyes.
"Isabel" Adam said again
"I didn't tell" she said
"I promise I didn't" she continued still staring at him
"Isabel, its ok we won't harm you" said Adam
Suddenly the girls eyes sparked and she winced in pain.
"Is she ok" asked Jesse
"I'm not sure" replied Adam
"I didn't say anything" the girl said her voice starting to become shaky.
The girl began to back away until she hit the brick wall behind her. Suddenly her eyes sparked again she winced in pain and raised her hand to her temple.
"I won't tell anyone" she said "What do we do know" said Shalimar
"Well she needs help" said Adam
"So I guess we should try and get her back to the Sanctuary"
"How are we going to do that" said Jesse
"Look at how scared she is, we can't get anywhere near her"
The girl began to look very unstable. Then her eyes sparked again and she passed out.
"Well that was easy" said Brennan as he walked over and picked up the girl.
They all walked back to the Double Helix and flew back to the Sanctuary.
