Dedicated to Jamie or Gilmore Girl Luver Sometimes people will try to bring you down. It can be hard no to listen but sometimes you just have to say to yourself they can't bring me down. Read it and enjoy it.

No matter how bad you wish you could

You can't make me frown

Or stop seeing the good

The more you insult me

The more that I don't care

You're too blind to see

I'll never change here

You can think what you want and decide what you think is true

It doesn't bother me at all

I'm not going to change who I am for you

I will not be brought down by your nasty call

You can't bring me down

So you may as well accept it

Nothing you say can make me frown

Even if you were to say I'm a miserable piece of $*1t

You can say my stories are garbage

And I suppose you might think it's true

Jamie I could care less what you think

I do not write it for you

The details aren't important

It's the message that it sends

If I bothered with the little things

I would never reach the end

You can't bring me down because I'm still standing

I stand proud and straight and tall

You may as well quit right now with your whining

I don't listen anymore to that call

I know it's you who's trying

All of it sounds the same

But I will not be crying

I have absolutely no shame

I write as my maker in heaven above

Inspires the story the messages of love

And anyone else who reads this

Don't let anyone bring you down

They can try all they want

But don't let them make you frown
