Flashback….
Sonic was singing the Strawberry Panic theme song. If he hadn't been in a dress, it would've looked a LOT less gay though. Strawberry Panic is a yuri anime. Sonic secretly liked yuri and yaoi. He wouldn't tell anyone though. Shadow had come over and was outside the door, but Sonic was upstairs. He heard singing, so he climbed up the tree next to his house to see what it was. He saw Sonic singing in an adorable maid's outfit and almost fell off the tree. Blushing, he went back down to the door, and picked the lock with something he found nearby, and walked it. Shadow opened the door upstairs where Sonic was without warning. Sonic screamed like a girl, and landed backwards on his bed. He saw that Shadow was in the room. "Please tell no one about this…." Sonic said. "I won't tell anyone. If you…."

'Oh yeah…. that's what happened….' Thought Sonic. "Sh-Shadow…. Why did you take me with you and ask me to come in a dress? We're in public and it's embarrassing!" said Sonic. "Oh? Are you ashamed? Why would you be? I'd think you'd be proud of it. After all, I FOUND you in a dress. I thought I'd take advantage of the moment and force you on a date with me. In return, I won't tell anyone." Said Shadow. "I…. Had no idea you were gay…." Said Sonic. "I thought you'd end up with Rouge or something…. Or take Amy off my hands…. Or are you bi? Or just a REALLY good actor…." Sonic asked. "I'm bi. I'm also a good actor…." Said Shadow. "I'm bi too…. I've been into Strawberry Panic lately…." Said Sonic. "Do you like me Sonic?" Shadow asked. "Huh?" Sonic asked. Shadow pulled him close, and tilted his chin up a little. Sonic was looking into Shadow's ruby red eyes. They were both blushing deeply. "Sh-Shadow?" "Sonikku…." Sonic pushed Shadow away embarrassed and was blushing even more from the embarrassment. "We're in public and I'm ashamed!" said Sonic. "Why? You seemed to enjoy it for a moment…." Said Shadow. "Yeah, but you wouldn't have a date with me if I hadn't said, 'Tell no one of this'!" said Sonic who was throwing a girly fit in the dress he was in. Shadow couldn't help but blush a little. Sonic was cute when he was throwing a fit….in a dress at least…. "So you don't return my feelings?" Shadow asked. "Huh?" Sonic asked. "Since you don't want me to touch you…." Said Shadow. "I never said that…. It's just that…. Everyone expects me to be straight…." Said Sonic. "So what? If everyone jumped off a cliff, would you go with them?" asked Shadow who was annoyed. Sonic cuddled up to Shadow's back (Shadow had turned away from Sonic out of anger). "If you were one of the people jumping off…." Purred Sonic. "You would?" asked Shadow who turned a little bit to Sonic blushing. "For sure." Said Sonic. Shadow was about to pull Sonic in for a kiss. Sonic adorably put a finger to Shadow's lips. "But our relationship will be our little secret, ok?" he said even more adorably. "O-ok…." Shadow was blushing. Forbidden love just makes it even sweeter….
