After practice, Beca and Chloe walked together. "So what do you want to do tonight?" said Chloe.

"I don't know," said Beca. "I was thinking of getting some Chinese. What was that restaurant with the great chicken teriyaki?"

"The Golden Lion," said Chloe.

"Let's go there tonight," said Beca.

"Alright." The two walked by a row of bleachers. Beca stopped. "What's wrong?"

Beca went over to one of the seats and picked something up. "Someone left their notebook here."

"Oh, that looks like Stacie's," said Chloe.

"We should give it back to her," said Beca.

"Give it to me," said Chloe. "We have class together tomorrow. I can give it to her then."

"Okay." Beca handed Chloe the notebook. Chloe took the notebook, which opened when Chloe grabbed it. "Don't look through it."

"I'm not," said Chloe. "It opened on its own. Besides, it's just her class notes. It's not like there's something scandalous about market economics or child psychology or...Queen Elsa."

"Queen Elsa?" said Beca. "What, is there some class about analyzing Disney characters?"

"Yeah, it's a humanities course," said Chloe. "But that's not what I mean."

"What do you mean then?" said Beca.

"I mean there's a story about Elsa from Frozen in here," said Chloe. "I guess she must have written it."

"Like for an English class?" said Beca.

"I doubt it. Here take a look." Chloe handed the notebook back to Beca. Beca skimmed through the story.

Elsa watched as the lumberjacks chopped down the trees, noting at the back of her head that she could never live the way they did. "Excuse me my Queen," said a young girl, a few years younger than Elsa.

"Yes," said Elsa, showing as much courtesy as she would an esteemed courtier.

"It's just, as a Queen, I feel obligated to offer you a place to sleep," said the girl. "I would gladly give up my bed to you."

"You don't have to do that," said Elsa.

"I insist," said the girl. "I am more than willing to give it to you."

"Where will you sleep?" said Elsa.

"I can sleep on the floor," said the girl. "I have done so for other nobles in the past."

"Well you shall do it no more," said Elsa. "I will take your bed, but you can share it with me."

The girl looked shocked. "But...but you are the Queen."

"Yes," said Elsa. "But I do not feel as if I am above you in any way."

"I understand," said the girl.

"What is your name?" said Elsa.

"Wendy," said the girl. "Wendy Corduroy."

Beca looked up from the story. "I didn't know that Stacie was into that stuff."

"Same here," said Stacie. "Do you think we should tell her that we know?"

"What do you know?" Just then Amy walked up from behind them. Beca closed Stacie's notebook.

"Oh nothing," said Beca. "We just found Stacie's notebook and need to give it back to her."

"Ooh," said Amy. "Did you guys read it?"

"No," said Chloe. "It's her private notebook. Why would we want to read it?"

"Because it's her private notebook," said Amy. "Who wants to bet it's got all sorts of juicy stuff in it?"

"C'mon," said Beca. "Stacie's our friend. I don't think she'd forgive us if we looked at it."

"Looked at what?" Stacie walked into the auditorium, catching the last part of what Beca had said.

"Oh, you left your notebook by the bleachers and we found it," said Beca. "We were gonna give it to back the next time we saw you."

"Okay," said Stacie. "So can I have my notebook back."

"Sure." Beca handed her the notebook. "Here it is."

"Thanks," said Stacie, who walked away as soon as she got her notebook back. "Bye."

As soon as she was gone, Amy turned to Beca and Chloe. "You wasted a perfect opportunity."

"Hey," said Chloe. "We respect out friend."

"Yeah," said Beca. "We would never look through any of your personal stuff."

"Fine." Amy rolled her eyes and walked away. Amy was soon out of earshot, so Beca and Chloe could talk again.

"So, you still want to go to the 'Golden Lion'?" said Chloe.

"Of course," said Beca.

"Okay," said Chloe. "So what'd you think of Stacie's story?"

"I was a little disappointed," said Beca.

"Why?" said Chloe. "I didn't think it was that bad."

"No, it wasn't," said Beca. "It's just, I wanted to see how it ends."
