Erik Estrada Ain't Got Nothing on Him

"Come here." Luke's voice was low. He was sorry and knew she was sorry. Now all he wanted was to touch her. Let her know how sorry he was

"I want a Barbie and a pony and rollerskates, and rollerskates for the Barbie and for the Pony." Lorelai says climbing onto his lap. His head jerking forward a little to get her attention.Then their lips meet for a slow kiss that quickly escalates.

He didn't want to stop, not even for a second but he had to make sure he was clear.

"No secrets." He states when they break apart just slightly.

"Cross my heart and hope to die." Lorelai says being her normal quippy self.

"Oh I hate that saying." His voice was so full of love and senserity.

"No secrets." Serious Lorelai now made a short cameo.

They kiss again. With each kiss getting more passionate Lorelai is the one to break it this time.

"Luke."

"Yeah?"

"When I was in fifth grade I told everyone that Erik Estrada was my boyfriend, and that we would make out on his motorcycle."

"Enough is enough." Was screaming in Luke's head but 'shh' was all he could seem to get out.

Their lips met yet again, this time neither breaking as long as they could. Lorelai parts from him and looks at him in the eyes, sending him a message with her mind. He, of course, understands. They get up and walk to the bedroom.

The night was full of so many emotions. Hurt, anger, guilt, and most of all love.

When Lorelai was laying down cuddles into his body she looked to him.

"I really am sorry. I would have told you."

"I know don't worry about it."

"I love you, Luke. You know that right?"

"Yeah I know."

"Good and I will set a date. I promise, but not until Rory is home. I don't want to do this with our her."

"I know, I know." He said soothingly. "It's just...God, Lorelai, I love you so much I just can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. But, I will wait. I want her there just as badly as you do."

Then Lorelai snuggled down further into him and closed her eyes. Holding on to Luke tight.

"I don't ever wanna loose you." she said her voice heavy with sleep.

"You won't."

"Hey Luke..." She said looking up once more.

"Yeah?"

"Erik Estrada ain't got nothing on you." She said smiling.

"Go to sleep." He said kissing her forehead.
