Her eyes shone in the night like passionate sapphire. His eyes melted her with a delightful topaz. The diamond only added to their splendor. EdWin Rated T because of, well, curses… but they're harmless! && of a tender kiss scene for Edo and Win! slight OOC? I think so… R&R please?

Her eyes shone in the night like passionate sapphire, her smile dazzling even the toughest of men as she simply stared into his fluttering eyes. He'd asked what no man dared with such confidence, but was it enough to make her swoon? I think so.

His eyes melted her with a delightful topaz. What was she waiting for, an invitation? Then again… he'd just given her one. It had been a good two months; he was going to miss it.

"…" she just kept smiling, but she didn't answer. What the hell was taking her so long? He took a breath, and decided to repeat himself.

"Hey, whaddya say?" he got off of his automail knee and opened his arms out, dramatically, "Will you or won't you?"

He regretted the sour tone, but he was so damn impatient. What was going through her mind? Was he foolish to even suspect that she would comply? He let his shoulders sag, and repeated slowly and with more compassion; "Winry. Will. You. Marry. Me?"

Her lips started to quiver; did she not portray properly that she'd already said yes? I mean, the look in her eyes should have said it all, but then she thought to herself. She still had to work on how obvious her body could answer. She smiled and ran into his open arms.

"Edward, yes, you damned idiot!" she wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing his jaw line with hunger. He didn't complain, but instead tilted his head so he could capture his love's lips. He took the lead, and kissed her, their lips smacking each other tenderly.

"Yes… yes, oh god, yes!" She growled, and he playfully retreated from her lips to her neck, leaving small bite marks. He retreated again, kissed her lips finally, and released her. She felt her cheeks catch on fire, and he whispered in the empty bedroom

"I love you, Winry."

Winry stared down at her finger that held the precious rock in white gold. She smiled; the diamond only added to their splendor.

"I love you too, Edward."
