Mephiles woke up to soft beeping. When he open his eyes he notice Shadow pasted out on a chair, then he noticed he was at a E,R. Just then a nurse came in. " You're very lucky." She said. " Why?" Mephiles said. "Baby's alright and so are you!" the nurse said. " Me?" "You were in a coma for 6 months" She said. Shadow awoke to them talking and sat up quick not noticing the ring hitting the floor. " You're okay." Shadow said Softly as he hugged him. " Oh shadow!" Mephiles muffled. " A-am I allowed to bring him home?" Asked Shadow. " Sure... Just make sure to sign him out!" She said before leaving. Mephiles walked out the door. Shadow notice the ring on the floor, picked it up and left. Both boys were home when the phone rang. "Yello." Said Shadow. " It's me sonic." After awhile Shadow hung up. " Who-" "Sonic". " Anyway. Want to hear a joke?" Shadow asked " ...Sure?" Mephiles Said. " Knock Knock" "Who's there?" "Marry." " Mary who?". Shadow got to one knee grabbed Mephiles hand and Said: "Marry me?"
