Just a small one shot of Hannah Potter and Snape and what he really meant when he asked her that question the first day of class. It might become a full story but for now it is just a oneshot

Disclaimer- Just a female Harry Potter oneshot. Severus asks what would one get What would one get if one added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood. What he doesn't know is Hannah knew what it actually meant. I do not own Harry Potter

"Ah Miss. Potter our new... celebrity."

I looked at him steadily even though I was scared beyond belief.

"What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood."

I knew this one both answers. It would make a potion so powerful that it is commonly know as the drought of the living dead, sir.

Correct miss Potter." I guess I got lucky because after I answered he left me alone.

"Class dismissed." I stayed behind. "Miss Potter I do believe I dismissed you."

Asphodel a type of Lilly meaning "My regrets follow you to the grave,..." I started "Wormwood meaning bitter sorrow, "I bitterly regret Lily's death." "

You didn't cause it professor she would have died that night no matter what. And with that I left the room.

Authors note- Maybe I will make more of this story like a prequel but I don't know. I just got bored and decided to write this
