50/50 Dictionary Challenge, Number Six- Smirks, Smiles, and Snogging
All three of these words were on the same page in my dictionary. And I thought they went well together… Lemme know what you think!
His lips were on mine. His arms were around me. His hand was tangled in my short dark hair. And I couldn't breathe.
But then I felt it.
And it made me jump a little.
Because there was no way it was possible.
No fricken way.
Then he pulled back, to breathe, I assume.
"What was that?" I snapped a little, unintentionally. Seeing the astonished look on my face, his eyebrows quirked up. "You! You- you're smirking!"
His lips pulled up at the corners even more, and the corners of his eyes crinkled. I was wondering, absent-mindedly, if that was the cutest thing I'd ever seen in my entire life.
"You! No fricken way!" I almost screech.
His brow furrowed, feigning a look of innocence. Also very cute. "What?"
"You!" My voice raised a good octave or two.
"What are you talking about?"
"You're smirking! That's it, I'm calling Tifa! There's no way she'll believe this!" I bagen digging in my pocket for my phone.
But he grabs my hands and claims my lips again before I get a chance.
And who can argue with that?
