This is about Max falling in love and this is before he turns into a girl….

I am also writin this cuz Max is my favorite character and (Jake T. Austin is CUTE!)

ON TO THE STORY!

Disclaimer- I sadly do not own Wizards of Waverly Place… I don't know who does but! I do own the plot (that I am randomly making up as I go along) and characters! =D

"You're gonna kill the Russo's" said Sir. I never knew his name and he told me since, he took me, to call him Sir. What I never liked to do was kill. I have no idea why he's making me.

"And if you don't kill them, I'll not only kill them and torture you" he said. "Yes, Sir" I said obediently. He did tell me that they were a bad family breaking rules but, I don't know…

"I'm gonna enroll you in school with them" he said. Now this was gonna be hard. I groan on the inside and go pack my bag.

MaxPOV

"Hey guys look at this!" I said running in the lair holding a hamburger patty. "Max not now!" said Dad. "Wow, well I was gonna show you this hamburger patty that looks like Justin" I said shaking my head.

"What? You gotta let me see" Alex says jumping up and running to me and looking at the patty. "Max its not time to.." Dad states and looks at the patty "Wow, that does look like Justin" I laughed.

Justin does this weird thing by throwing his hands up and making some sound. "Can we get back to the practicing of the truth spell?"

"Oh, yeah" Dad says looking at my patty funny. "Justin say the spell to Max"

"Wait why me?" I ask.

"Cause who knows when your telling the truth" Justin says. "Don't Let Max Be a Liar, The Truth Is On Fire"

"So Max, did you make that Patty" Justin says. "Nah, nope." I say.

"What?" Justin says. Alex laughs "I think that would be hard to know if Max is lying" she says.

"Can I go now?" I ask.

"What's the reverse spell?" Justin asks.

"Um," Dad looks in the book. "Found it. Just say that line"

"Truth, truth, he used to know, now he becomes the Old Russo" Justin says.

"So Imma go put this Justin patty in the freezer" I say walking out. I swore I heard someone say my name but I ignored it. I wrapped the patty in plastic and put DO NOT EAT! on it and threw it in the freezer. I have no idea what time it is but I went upstairs and got my bag for school.

"Sir, this is a ba-…." I start but he interrupts me. "Shut it. You have 3 months, do not disappoint me like you have" he says putting his hand on my neck where he slit it.

Only reason I'm alive is cause I am a witch/white lighter which means I can heal but I aint an Angel with wings. I control all the elements and I think that's why Sir wont kill me.

Anyways I don't know what the Russo's even look like that…..
