Sweet Valley Rest Home

A/N- The Sweet Valley section needs more fanfics in the humor and parody sections!

This is the last sub-series in the Sweet Valley series. And, if this comes out with weird spacing, it's not 'cause I don't know how it's supposed to look, it's 'cause I'm not sure how to format it for this is a one-shot (unless I happen to think of another idea for it).

Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield were twin sisters. They were totally identical from their gray hair to their wrinkled skin, except for the small mole on Elizabeth's shoulder. There eyes were the blue-green color of the Pacific Ocean(A/N- Francine Pascal and Kate Williams are such liars. The Pacific Ocean isn't blue-green!).They were no longer perfect size sixes, and they now stood at the height of 5'1''. They spend most of their time reminiscing about their childhood(many people wouldn't consider their teenage years their childhood, but being in their 90's, the twins now did).

"Jessica, remember that winter when we were 16?", asked Elizabeth.

"You mean the one when Susan Devlin came to Sweet Valley for Christmas?"

"No, I mean the one when that lunatic that happened to look almost exactly like us plotted to murder me and take my place."

"Oh. That one. Hey, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I can recall at least 5 different Christmases we had that year... that's odd," said Jessica.

"Oh yeah, we also had a few summers that year. Boy, for some reason, our life doesn't have any continuity."

They talked for a bit more about the lack of continuity of their lives until their doctor came. He was a middle-aged man. He handed the twins their medications. Jessica eyed the doctor. "Hey there, good-looking", she said, and put on her sexiest smile, which looked sorta creepy on a 90-year-old woman. The doctor stood there uncomfortably for a moment, and then high-tailed it out of there. Elizabeth gave Jessica a look.

"I think I'm in love", Jessica sighed.

"What? That guy must be like, 50 years younger than you. You're not 40 anymore. Come on Jess, you know you're too old for boy-chasing when you have to wheel after the boys in a wheelchair rather than run after them."

Jessica sighed and switched on the television. She watched it for a little while, and then turned it off. "You know," she said, "I always told you that too much worrying would give you wrinkles."

Elizabeth scowled and said, "Well, I always told you that too much sun tanning would give you wrinkles."

The girls sat in silence for a bit. "I'm tired of just sitting around this dump", cried Jessica. "Let's do something exciting, like have a party. We can invite everyone from school. Lila, Todd, Enid, Cara, Caroline Pearce..."

"Jess, Cara, Enid, and Caroline are dead, remember? They died of old age, like, ten years ago."

"Oh yeah."
