This is a songfic. I heard this and thought it was perfect for an Alice story. I really hope you all listen to the song. It's absolutely beautiful. I hope you like the story and I'd love to hear what you think of it. Enjoy...

Alice danced gracefully through the forest, weaving in and out of the trees as she made her way back to the house. The visions had started becoming more frequent and as they increased it was harder for her to hide her thoughts and emotions from Edward and Jasper. It wasn't that she was ashamed of what she saw, but she wasn't ready to share them yet. At least not with everyone.

Esme, her wonderful mother, knew about the visions since they started and was nothing but supportive of her. When Alice found the distance growing between her and Jasper, she confided first in Esme. And when the two of them decided that the feelings were mutual, their mother supported them both and encouraged them to find their true mates.

That was ten years ago.

Jasper has since found his mate in a little Irish vampire named Molly. She fit into the family perfectly and everyone loved her. And now Alice had seen hers.

About six months ago Alice started having the visions; visions of her and her true mate. They were always with her and beautiful brunette human girl. Sometimes they were with her family, other times alone, but always together.

And the feeling I forget, I'm in love now.

Alice knew that she was already in love with the girl. From what she had seen, it would have been futile to even try denying her feelings. When she had the visions of her, all other things ceased to exist in her mind. She loved to relive what she had seen, trying to memorize everything about the other girl. She just didn't always appreciate the prying, if unintentional, minds of her brothers.

She couldn't wait to have her girl with her, to hold her, to kiss her. She couldn't wait to see the look of love in those chocolate eyes right in front of her. She constantly worried about the safety of her mate, feeling like the girl would only be safe when she was finally in her arms.

Alice thought of all the things she would love to do with her mate and the places she wanted to take her. And of all the places she had traveled with her family, and the beautiful things she had seen in her visions, the only place she wanted to be was at home in the arms of her lover.

As Alice approached the porch, another vision came to her. She whispered the new knowledge softly out loud. "Bella…" and she knew that it wouldn't be long now, until they were together at last.
