Happy Birthday, Lavi!!
Lavi walked around the hallowed halls, his usual cheery demeanor was missing and replaced by a pout. Today was his birthday and no one seemed to be remembering about it.

"Allen!!" the white hair exorcist turns around and grins at Lavi.
"Hi, Lavi. What's up?"
"Nothing, just want to talk to you. Do you have anything to say?" Lavi hopefully looked at Allen and turned gloomy as Allen shaked his head.
"Nope, nothing. Sorry, Lavi, I have to help Lenalee, see ya!" Allen ran off, leaving Lavi alone at the middle of the cafeteria.

"Yuu!!" Lavi yelled as he walked into the practice room and skidded into a halt as he couldn't see the anti-social, bad-temper samurai. Shrugging, Lavi went off to find him, not noticing Kanda hanging upside-down on the ceiling (Er, let's not find how he get there, shall we?)

"Lenalee!!" the Chinese girl twirled around as Lavi ran up to her.
"Lavi, sorry can't talk. I promised Nii-san to give this box to Reever-san, Matta ne." She indicated at the box she was carrying and ran away. He could have sworn Lenalee was using her Dark Boot, but Lenalee wasn't avoiding him, right?

"Panda-jii!!" Bookman threw a thick book at his grandson/apprentice when Lavi just enter the vast library.
"Idiot boy, learn this before evening or else..."
"Eh, but…" Lavi yelped when the old man panda kick him on the stomach and went off.

It seems that everyone was avoiding him, even the scientists and Finders. No one wants to talk to him, left alone saying Happy Birthday to him. He began to wonder if he should have taken up a mission after all.
Lavi looked up and saw a girl wearing a finder coat running toward him but he was too depressed to notice how beautiful she was or saying "Strike!!" to her.
"Ano, Lavi-san, Komui-san asked me to see him at his office." The Eurasian girl curtseyed at him, smiling sadly.
"Sou. Lead the way." Lavi sluggish followed her. The girl looked concernedly at him and finally spoke.
"Ano, Lavi-san? Is there something wrong?"
"It's just everything!!" he ranted at the Finder. "Today's my Birthday and everyone's forgotten about it. Anyway, where are you taking me? This isn't the way to Komui's office."
"Oh?" the girl said distractedly as she guides him to the cafeteria.
Finally arriving at the cafeteria, the finder suddenly stopped causing Lavi to crash into her.
"What's going on?" Lavi asked when he looked up from the floor just in time to see the girl kick him into the dark room.
"Oi!" Lavi yelled and stopped when he noticed what was inside the room…
"Surprise!!" Everyone yelled, streamers pops out everywhere as someone put a birthday hat on him. "Happy Birthday Lavi" sign hang form end to end of the cafeteria and balloons hangs all over the place. And the best thing of all? There was a 10 layer chocolate cake at the middle of the room, just waiting to be cut.
He couldn't help it; he laughed.
"I thought you guys forgotten." Later Lavi said incredulously as Allen and Lenalee came up to him after he cut the cake to give him presents.
"No," Lenalee shakes her head, "we were just trying to get the party finish on time and kinda hoping you didn't find out about the party, right Allen-kun?" the gluttonous boy nodded as he ate another piece of the cake. "So, are we forgiven?" Lenalee looked at him.
"Of course! This is the best birthday of my life!" Lavi yelled and all together they laughed as they watched General Tiedoll trying to force feed Kanda with the cake.
