The Quarter Quell
The rebellion failed. Katniss, Gale, Peeta, all victors and everyone else involved have been executed. In order to show that the capitol is done with the uprisings/ resistance, they have combined the 1st and 2nd Quarter Quells to make a particularly "interesting" Hunger Games. SYOT begins today and ends once I have enough tributes.
