Walking through the streets of Storybrooke as fast as she could, Robin kept her head down so as to go unnoticed. It was an impossible task, she thought as she made her way to the clock tower because it was kind of difficult to be completely invisible when every person in this damn town knew who you were.

Spotting what she was looking for, Robin quickly turned her head in each direction to make sure there was no one around. Luckily, being almost nine o'clock in the evening the town was almost deserted apart from a few teenagers running down the street in the opposite direction to her.

Opening up the backpack she had hurriedly packed before she left, she took one last furtive glance around before setting to work on opening Emma's yellow bug door with a screwdriver she had found lying around in her aunt Regina's kitchen.

Robin had had enough of Storybrooke and it's endless ways of making her feel trapped. She felt like she was stuck in a snow globe like the one's that were overfilling the shelves in Snow White's classroom. Stuck in a sickly sweet world with no chance of escape no matter how hard she tried to get out of it. She just wanted to get away, be her own person where no one knew her and just have a fresh start. That's why she was attempting to steal Emma's bug now. It felt like her only taste of freedom and she was determined to get it no matter the cost.

Feeling the lock finally giving way, Robin grinned as she opened the door and got in, now using the screwdriver to get the bug started. After a few minutes and a few near misses, the sound of the bug's engine filled Robin's ears as she set the car to depart.

'I'm free. I'm really free!' she thought as she quickly drove through Storybrooke, determined to get out of the town as soon as she could. Opening the window, she felt the cool wind flutter against her face like butterfly wings as she reached the Leaving Storybrooke sign. If this is what freedom feels like already, imagine what it will be like when I'm actually out of this hell hole, she thought, getting closer and closer to her destination.

Suddenly just as she was about to make her escape, she heard the sound of sirens just behind her. Startled, Robin screeched the bug to a halt as a police car made it's way past her and blocked the bug in from the front so she couldn't get away.

Robin watched as a very familiar face made her way out of the car and walked over to the bug, arms crossed and not looking the slightest bit impressed. It was none other than Sherif Swan.

"Dammit!" Robin thought as she slowly made her way to get out of the bug, glancing longingly at the Leaving Storybrooke sign as she did. One thing was for certain, freedom seemed a long way away than it was before. She was going to be in such big trouble!
