After the events of the murder of Arthas' betrayal against his father, another son born from King Terenas had ran away from his country. He was the second-born son named Kenji who was very different from his brother Arthas in many ways. While Arthas had shown his brave and prideful character and many saw him as an inspirational leader, the second-born son was known to be a weaker and dishonourable to his father which led him to a self-imposed exile which lasted from his teenage years to when Arthas had already murdered their father.

"Run! The Garinoth's men are coming!" one of the villagers yelled as he ran passed a traveller. As the villager went passed, the two knights stopped in front of the traveller.

"You're no villager." The knight said, "Kill your share of peasants and I'll find you a place in Garinoth's band."

As the knights begun to pursuit the villager the traveller took out his blade and began fighting the knight. As he killed the knights, the traveller saw the villagers heading towards the already broken down houses while more bandit knights had pursuit the villagers. The traveller decided to help the villagers out and began fighting alongside the villagers and protecting the run-down buildings. As the traveller fought with the villagers, more villagers fought alongside with the traveller and reinforcement such as footmen and knights had made their way.

As the battle was over, Uther, the paladin of the Silverhand who was fighting the undead had recognised this traveller.

"Kenji! We thought you were dead!" exclaimed Uther.

"It's been a long time, Uther." answered the traveller who was known as Kenji.

"I've waited seven years to serve you Prince Kenji!" Uther exclaimed as he was rejoiced to see the return of the new prince. It was a different kind of welcome Arthas had once received.

"Don't call me that" answered Kenji.

As they exchanged conversation a random villager shouted "Murderer!" accusing Kenji of murdering someone.

"He saved our lives" Uther defended Kenji's honour.

"He killed his own father!" that villager exclaimed as he

"He doesn't speak for the rest of us" said Uther and continued, "The Lodaeron Prince will take tea in my camp." The two men entered the camp as they talked about what was happening recently.

"The bandits work for Garinoth?" asked Kenji with disbelief.

"He rules the provinces to the north, and would rule this one too if he could" told Uther.

"He seeks to rebuild the kingdom, but his methods are… questionable. On the other hand your brother Arthas is tearing what's left of your father's empire apart."

It was disturbing to know especially since Garinoth had served Kenji's father loyally for years. Although he didn't favour Garinoth as his left-hand man, he had no choice because he needed to fight against his brother.

"I'm going to need Garinoth" said Kenji

"Well you will have to beat him first, we will have to break his forces and he'll lose his will to fight." Uther told Kenji.

"Alright then let's make our way to Dalaran where Garinoth is to defeat his troops, but first we'll need to train these villagers into footmen" said Kenji.
