"Okay here we go buddy" Dean said as he opened their motel door with one hand,
while the other held onto Sam's arm tightly, making sure he remains upright.

It was amusing to Dean just how the mighty hunter, Sam freaking Winchester! Can look like this from a tooth, A simple tooth.

His brother was a mess, a drugged mess, eyes at half lids, blinking slowly at him while holding an ice pack to his jaw, with bloody and soggy cotton sticking out of his mouth, He looked utterly miserable.

Dean snorted at the look as he pushed the door open, wrapping his arm around his brother's waist more securely and slowly pushing him inside.

The room was nice, looking nothing like the shitty rooms they've stayed at before, And it actually smelled clean as much as it looked, Dean went luxurious this time.

They deserved it.

"Hey would you look at that!" Dean said with a grin, eyes scanning the room with his grip still tight on his brother.

Sam made no effort to interact with him as he walked slowly, boots shuffling on the carpet with a few whimpers escaping his mouth.

"I ht thss" Sam whimpered as he adjusted the ice pack on his cheek, Giving another whimper, which added to Dean's amusement.

"Hey no talking!" Dean said with a glare and Sam attempted to roll his eyes at him but it only made the headache he was having worse, So he let it go, for now.

"Aaand down you go" Dean said as he pushed his brother softly on the bed furthest from the door, And Sam moaned, Again, For what seemed to be the 100th time in those past couple of hours.

Still blinking slowly at him, Sam allowed his body to fully relax on the mattress, And watched as Dean unlaced his boots, giving him a pat on the knee before standing up.

"Okay be back in a minute dude, I need to get our stuff" Dean said to his brother and got no response in return, Except for blinking, of course, And gave a sigh, cracking his back as he stood.

"Don't go anywhere" Dean said patting his brother's knee again, and to his surprise Sam gave him a small nod before closing his eyes.

Making one last glance at his brother, Dean made his way to the parking lot, closing the door behind him.

Yeah, this gonna be a long night.
