"Cas… CAS…" The helpless Winchester yelled, clutching his baby brother in his arms. He watched his brother stir in pain, wincing and whining while curling into a ball clutching his stomach where the knife had sliced him. Blood poured from the open wound, yet the angel still wouldn't show.

"CASTIEL!" He screeched, looking up to the sky. Pleading with him; begging him. "Please you son of a bitch get your wings in first gear and help me out." Yet still no sign.

"Dean…" Sam coughed, the red stuff oozing through his mouth as he choked on his words. "Don't bother; I only have a few minutes."

"Don't you say that, don't you dare say that. Sammy you are not dying, not while I'm here."

"Dean, face it."

"No Sammy, no. Not until I know you've got the life you deserved."

"Dean…" Sam coughed up more of the scarlet red liquid. Tossing his head slightly to the side, he began to slow his breathing.

"Don't you dare, Sammy. Don't you ever dare." He slapped his little brother's lifeless face lightly, and then facing the sky… He tried once more.

"CAS PLEASE! SAMMY NEEDS YOU… I need you…"

"I'm not a service Dean; I will not turn up whenever you want me to." The angel started, but then was ground to a halt when his eyes caught the younger Winchester.

"Please Cas."

Castiel reached his hand to the Winchester's deathly pale face, glowing as his entity entered the Winchester. Slowly, the cut began to grow smaller, patching itself up and restoring Sammy back to full health. He pulled away only when he was sure Sam was breathing steady and carefully.

"Let him rest for a few hours." Castiel spoke finally, standing next to the elder Winchester. "He should be better in the morning."

"Cas, I don't know how I can repay you."

"No need. Sam will be fine, that's all I can ask."

"Cas I…"

He looked into the fallen angels eyes, being entranced by the ocean blue circles staring right back at him. What could he do to repay him?

"You what?"

"I…"

He dragged Castiel's trench coat inwards, colliding into his own chest. Then, for a moment just stared. No turning back now, he'd already insinuated what was about to happen. He took in once last breath as he closed in on Cas, gazing at his pale lips and pulling him closer and closer. Their lips touched as Dean ferociously licked against Cas's teeth. Initially, Cas was stunned. The thought of the Winchester actually kissing him was almost embarrassing. It was obvious to most that Cas liked Dean a little more than Sam, but he didn't expect Dean to ever pick up on this. However, after the moment their lips touched, he felt a spark shoot up his face which shocked him into over drive. His tongue first gently gliding into Dean's mouth, but then gradually building up to flicking around exploring every inch.

"Get a room." Out of nowhere the younger Winchester sat himself up, wincing at the pain that was now fading away. It was such a shock that Dean leapt backwards and almost trip over. Sam was laughing, he knew that his big brother and the angel would work, but it was great to know that they were going to be okay. And, of course, he was alive.

Dean, embarrassed to high hell, scooted into the impala. Yes he was embarrassed, but he was happy. The angel was his, he had left his own mark.
