So yeah, I was watching a sad movie at school, and well I had seen it before and I hate sad movies so I started writing this. This idea had been poking my mind for a while so.. yeah.

"You betrayed me!" She screamed at him, anger, horror, and sadness splashed across her face. Crimson liquid stained her shirt and dripped down to the ground from several places. Her pink hair had chunks of dirt and leaves tangled inside it.

"You were my friend, my teammate, my partner, and what do you do? You stab me in the back!" Her voice grew louder with every word, as she let her disgust show.

"I'm sorry Sakura, but I had no choice. If I hadn't done it they would have gotten me instead." The blond Jinchuriki whispered.

"That's a cowardly excuse." She spat.

"There was only one person who could win, this would have happened anyway."

"We could have gotten around it, or..." She trailed off.

"Or you would have gotten me instead." He finished.

"I wouldn't have! I would never! We were a team and I would never harm a teammate, and I thought you wouldn't have either Naruto, but I guess I was wrong." Naruto laughed humorlessly.

"You and I both know this isn't true Sakura, if you had the chance you would have taken it without a second thought."

"I wouldn't have, because I knew what would happen in the aftermath, now no one will trust you anymore." Naruto's eyes widened for a second as her realized the truth in her statement, but then he face lost all panic.

"I would go by myself then."

"That won't work, you would be taken it out in a second flat. It is dangerous without someone watching your back."

"But at least no one can betray me then, since no one was with me in the first place."

"Yes, no one can do what you had done to me!" Her cold fury, which had been slowly subsiding returned and Sakura felt to urge to fling a million kunai at the Naruto, but she was currently short on that particular weapon.

"It's survival of the fittest out there, Sakura, and you seemed to have forgotten that."

Neji stood from a tree as he watched the Naruto and Sakura's exchange. He had been training near by and heard the screaming and came to investigate. He was mildly annoyed at what he found.

"Being so dramatic over a paint ball game, troublesome." Neji muttered before his eyes grew comically wide.

"Damn you Shikamaru!"
