Blanche Deveraux has always been a woman who's wanted the very best and quickly gotten her desires fulfilled. She's never once hurt for money. She's had the finest gowns and all sorts of treasures, from porcelain dolls from China as a child to imported French chocolates and wine from multiple beaus now. Her wardrobe possesses more beautiful gowns and glistening jewels than she'll probably ever wear. She's flown on private jets and sailed in luxurious yachts. She's seen every place in the world she's cared to see.
Now, though, Blanche is growing older, despite still refusing to admit it, and she's found that, most days, there's only one thing she still wants. Never one to deny herself, she hurries home from work every day and takes what she wants, planting a firm kiss on the still sometimes surprised lips of the woman she loves and quickly taking her to bed.
