Hey guys, so this is the fic I said I'm starting. All you need to know is that I write as if the events that take place on TV are real life. Happy reading!

This was one of the biggest moments in her life. In the 25 years that she had been alive, never had she been this nervous. She was about to marry the love of her life, Daniel Bryan. That's all she had wanted to do since December of last year when they first got together. Ever since the moment he broke up with her, she had been pining, dreaming of the moment that hopefully they would get back together and settle down. Sure, she's been a little lost lately, but when you have your heart broken aren't you meant to be a little.. crazy? Now she could feel her heart slowly heal because she was once again betrothed to the man she loved. So why does she have the worst feeling in her gut that something is going to go wrong?

She wasn't a dumb girl, she knew wrestling weddings never turned out quite as planned. She just hoped that because this was her wedding that it would run smoothly, and that would be the shocker for the fans, not some other turn of events.

She looked in at herself in the mirror before her. AJ Lee in a wedding dress. No-one would have pegged her as the girl dressed all in white. AJ had never been the woman to like the way she looked, but even she could admit that right now she looked like a goddess. And this was all for her man, Daniel.

Voices out in the corridor startled the young brunette to avert her attention from the mirror to whatever's going on outside. She knew one of the voices, and it happened to belong to the man who she was going to marry in an hour's time. The other belonged to one of the other superstars on the roster, Dolph Ziggler. She'd barely talked to Dolph, but whenever she did she got the impression that he didn't really like her. What could the pair be talking about right now?

"So this is the biggest day of your life. Are you sure you're going to go through with it?" Dolph asked the groom.

"Yes, I'm going to go through with it. Why wouldn't I?"

At this point AJ had opened the door of her little dressing room slightly so she could take a peek at the two men. She was slightly pissed off that Dolph would even suggest that Daniel may not go through with their wedding. "I don't know, maybe because this is AJ we're talking about. I've watched the show just like everyone else, that girl is a total nutjob. I think I can speak on behalf of the entire locker room and every man in the world when I say this, why would you want to marry the woman who's made your life a mess for the past few months?"

It took every piece of strength in AJ's tiny body to not run out into the hall and slap the taste right out of the show off's mouth. How dare he say these things to her fiancé! She observed how Daniel was hesitant to reply and with every passing second that he looked as if he was trying to figure out an explanation, her heart broke a little bit more. Finally, Daniel found the words to reply to Dolph with. "AJ's a sweet girl when you get to know her, and she loves me with all her heart. But you're right, she is a total nutjob, and if you think I'm actually going to marry her and live happily ever after, you're the crazy one. Don't worry, I have a plan in place for the future Mrs Daniel Bryan for after the wedding, and it involves a few men in white coats."

She wasn't hearing this. This wasn't happening to her. He wouldn't do that, would he? This was all a bad dream, and surely she would wake up from this and be blissfully happy and marry Daniel just like she wanted.

It wasn't a bad dream though. It was reality. And through her now water filled eyes, she could see that Dolph was as shocked at Daniel's confession as she was. "Wow, Danny I knew you could be a mean guy, but I didn't figure you'd actually get her locked up in the loony bin. Anyway man, I hope things work out the way you hope they will. See you later."

AJ watched as both men went their separate ways down the hall and now the tears were fully flowing. Who knew that your life could change so much in the space of one single minute. She couldn't marry him now, surely? She was left alone completely broken and lost in the world.

She poked her head round the door to check if there was anyone in the hallway. When she noticed that the coast was clear, she wiped the tears from her face and dashed out of the door. Of course she didn't have any idea what she was doing right now, but instead her instinct was telling her to get as far away from this arena as possible. What Daniel had said was still ringing in her ears, and no matter how much she ran, she couldn't stop thinking about it.

Before she could reach the door unnoticed, she bumped into a large, muscular figure. It was her boss, Triple H. She looked down to the ground so he couldn't see the tear stained marks on her face.

"AJ? Where are you running off to? Isn't it your wedding soon?"

"Yeah, it is. I uh, need to get some fresh air to.. calm the nerves."

Hunter could tell something was wrong with the woman, and he had a pretty good idea that she was having cold feet about the marriage. "I think before you go outside to get some air, we should have a talk. I have a proposition for you which you may be interested in."

6th August 2012

Was she the type of woman who held grudges? Absolutely. Every single member of the WWE universe could tell that she was a scorned woman with the way that she would place her former flames in bad situations. She had lost the ability to care now though; it was as if she had thrown her kind, considerate feelings away when she found out that Daniel wanted to have her locked away in a mental institution. She was not crazy. Smart? That was the correct term for her.

She had messed with Daniel's life now to the point where he was going insane, and she'd only been on the job two weeks. She was also plotting to anger the WWE champion too, but if she was being totally honest with herself, that was just to make the fans happy. She couldn't really punish Punk for rejecting her marriage proposal when they hadn't even been an item. She only proposed to him anyway to make her former fiancé jealous anyway.

Those two men, she definitely had it out for, but for obvious reasons. But there was another man who she seemed to have a vendetta against. His name was Dolph Ziggler. Now Dolph had never really done anything to intentionally hurt AJ, no, this was completely different. With what he had said to Daniel on her wedding day, and how he always seemed to never want to be around her in the halls of arenas, it made the new general manager royally pissed off with his presence in the company. She had to show him who was now boss around here.

As her thoughts wandered to the man who was newly crowned 'Mr money in the bank', he knocked on her door. "Come in" she called, not before checking that she looked okay in the nearby mirror. She didn't know why, but she always felt self-conscious around Dolph. Maybe it was because he was the type of guy who would comment if she looked awful, and she didn't want that to happen.

Dolph made his way through the door and took a seat on the black leather couch. He was in a foul mood due to the fact that he just lost to Alex Riley whilst Chris Jericho was recording it for a tout. The last place he wanted to be right now was in AJ's office. "Vickie told me you were asking to see me, so I'm here. What's the matter AJ?"

"Is that the normal type of attitude you have towards your boss?"

Dolph realised that he had been a little harsh to her with the way he said his last sentence. He was still finding it hard to accept that AJ, the nicknamed 'crazy chick' was running the show. "I'm sorry. I've just had a bad night."

"You act as if you're the only one around here who's had a bad night. You're not you know. But.. I'll accept your apology."

He didn't like the way that AJ was being with him, but with her now being in charge, it wasn't like he was in any standing to argue with her. "So, you wanted to talk to me?"

AJ sat herself down on the chair next to the couch Dolph was sat on. She tried her hardest to seem authoritative to him, so she was channelling her inner Stephanie Mcmahon, a woman who she strived to be like in her GM role.

"I've had a few one to one talks with some of the superstars just to make it clear that I want Monday night raw to be one of the most entertaining shows on television. This means that I will do anything necessary to give the fans the action that they want to see, even if it means I make you and the other guys hate me more than I'm sure you already do."

"Hate you? I don't hate you."

"That's cute Dolph, but don't lie to your boss. It doesn't put you in a good standing in the company."

He stared intently at her. Why would she think he hates her? He thought she could be a little nuts from time to time, sure, but hate her? He doesn't have the ability within him to hate a woman. He was brought up to learn that. "AJ, why would you think that I or anyone else in the company would hate you?"

"Give me a break, I'm not dumb. I know a lot of people despise the fact that I got this job when I haven't been in the company as long as some others. I'm sure you don't like the fact that you've been here several years longer than me, but now I'm the one that holds your career in my hands. Maybe you wanted Vickie to be the GM instead because that would certainly work out in your favour due to whatever messed up relationship you have with her."

"Relationship? I wouldn't say we're in a relationship. It's strictly business from now on as far as me and Vick go. You give some good reasons for why you'd think I hate you but I honestly don't, I swear."

She rolled her eyes at his comment. Maybe she was just paranoid and Dolph didn't hate her at all, but because of her history with men, she wasn't able to believe a single word that came out of his mouth.

"Sure. Whatever. Just know that briefcase that you have clutched ever so tightly in your hand right now could be taken away from you quicker than you could even imagine. If I was you I'd make it your best interest not to cross me because of that."

He was gobsmacked. As far as he knew he had done nothing at all to tick off the petite woman, so why was she being a first class bitch towards him? He looked down at the blue briefcase and then back up at her. She had a crazy looking smile on her face that was giving him the creeps. If he was a smart guy, he would just accept her warning and leave the room, but apparently, he wasn't that smart.

"Have I done something to upset you AJ? You're giving me the feeling that you have it out for me."

Her head tilted to the side. Any man who had caused her to do this was not going to feel good. "Are you trying to imply that I am abusing my power?" She asked, "I don't appreciate when people make assumptions of what I'm trying to do. In fact, it makes me rather angry."

Now he was truly scared of her. "No, no I didn't think that at all, I.."

"You know, the idea of stripping you of that briefcase is sounding better and better."

"No! AJ, please don't do anything crazy!"

That was the final straw. He had to bring up the dreaded C word. She knew she couldn't really strip him of his briefcase for no reason, but plans were bubbling away in her brain for ways to make him pay for using that word to describe her. Now, the anger had gotten the best of her.

"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY OFFICE! I will NOT tolerate anyone calling me crazy! Watch your back Dolph. I meant it when I said don't cross your boss."

Again, if he was a smart man, he would have left it there and not said a word. But as he made a beeline for the exit, he just had to have the final say.

"Clearly you're not crazy at all. You're just down right deranged!"

AJ was now left alone in her office completely furious. She picked up the lamp that was on the table next to her and launched it across the room. Dolph had managed to worm his way up to the number one spot on her list to get revenge on, but she knew that she would have to be strategic about this. She couldn't risk losing her job. After all, how could she make him suffer if she wasn't in control anymore?

I finish one long story and I'm back within a few hours to start another one. Hope you enjoyed the first chapter, and reviews would be extremely helpful to let me know if you like the concept of this fic. :)
