Tulpa Went Down To Japan
Angelica Diablo

Disclaimer: Don't own Ronins. This is based on the song Devil Went Down To Georgia
by Charlie Daniels' band. Yes, I was really bored in my music theory class and at my
fiddle lesson. This is my strange attempt at humor, so bear with me here. Oh, and no,
I'm not a hick.

Tulpa went down to Japan. He was lookin' for some souls to steal. He was in a bind
'cause he was way behind, and he was willin' to make a deal, when he came across some
young men wearin' armor and lookin hot. And Tulpa jumped up on a black cloud and
said, "Boys, let me tell you what. I guess you didn't know it but I have armor too. And
if you'd care to take a dare, I'll make a bet with you. Now you have pretty good armors
boys, but give Tulpa his due. I'll bet an armor of gold against your souls 'cause I think
I'm better than you."

The boys said, "We're the Ronins, and it might be a sin. But we'll take your bet, you're
gonna regret, 'cause we're the best that's ever been."

Ronins now call yourselves to arms and throw your punches hard, 'cause hell's broke
loose in Japan and Tulpa deals the cards. And if you win you get this shiny armor made
of gold. But if you lose, Tulpa gets you souls.

Tulpa called his armor and he said, "I'll start this show." And fire flew from his
fingertips as the warlords began to show. And he stepped down onto a building and
made an evil hiss. Then a band of nether spirits joined in and it went somethin' like this:

– All the Ronins watch unimpressed as Tulpa, the warlords, and the nether spirits all
walk around looking macho and striking poses. –

When Tulpa finished, the Ronins said, "Well, you're pretty good, old son, but sit down
in that chair right there and let us show you how it's done!"

Fire on the mountain. Run, boys, run!
Tulpa's in the land of the Rising Sun!
Kento's in the kitchen pickin' out dough.
Ancient, does the tiger bite? No, child, no!

– The Ronins all show off their armors, only looking a lot better than Tulpa did. –

Tulpa bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat. And he laid that golden
armor on the ground at the Ronins' feet. The Ronins said, "Tulpa, just come on back if
you ever want to try again. We done told you once, you son-of-a-bitch, we're the best
that's ever been."

And they said:

Fire on the mountain. Run, boys, run!
Tulpa's in the land of the Rising Sun!
Kento's in the kitchen pickin' out dough.
Ancient, does the tiger bite? No, child, no!

– The Ronins end in a group striking manly poses as the people on the street clap and
cheer. –
