Soul Eater never existed, technically deleting him.

Maka and Kami beating him to death.

Being blind, so he couldn't read lips.

That rules didn't exist.
Marie:
Every one she cared for going crazy.
Mifune:
If he was brainwashed to be evil, especially to children. That was just cruel.
Angela:
An evil person, such as an egg of kishin, capturing her and eating her soul.
Sid:
Being locked in a room, filling with water and he is all tied up, with ball and chains.
Nyges:
Everyone dying and burned physically and trustworthy reasons, but all she can do is watch.
Mizune:
Falling for stupid tricks, and the prankster getting his/her wish.
Eruka:
Lady Medusa.
Free:
Being locked up and caged once again.
Medusa :
Being shrunken and all allies betraying her, by trying to squish her, etc.
Mosquito:
Being drained from the inside and being crumpled like a used juice box.
Giricco:
Looking dumb or weak from someone's point of view.
Arachne:
Being sealed from the rest of the world, and controlled by a person she has hatred for.
Hiro:
Having too much power. It's good to be powerful but there is such a thing as crazy.
Excalibur:
His master defying the Excalibur rules.
Blair:
All fish stores going out of business.
Pot of Thunder:
Wondering alone.
Pot of Fire:
Losing loved ones.
Killik:
He can't stop telling all his deep dark secrets.
Jackie:
To much people depending on her, and she fails.
Kim:
Her crush on Ox to get out.
Harvar:
Being forced to stay somewhere without his own will.

Not ever being the most powerful meister in the world.
Ragnarok: Not having anyone to beat when he is angry.

Losing her new friends and having to live with Medusa again.

Still living on the streets having to hug her own arms in order to not pass out.
