Chapter 1 – And You Are?
"Doctor, no!" a panicked voice half whispered, half screamed. Silence gripped the room as Donna fell unconscious. Weeping quietly, the Doctor carried her into her house, her room. Sylvia Noble and Wilfred Mott came in anxiously, want to know what happed. The Doctor quickly explained what would happen if Donna remembered him. As he turned to leave the house, a shrill screech echoed through the sill seriousness of the Noble household. "Doctor! Rory! River! Oh, Doctor, you better had a good reason for…Hang on a minute. My voice is different. Testing, one, two, three. He better have a brilliant reason for this. My body's different too. Either I'm in another person's body, or I regenerated, but that's impossible only Time Lords can…Hello?" Donna finished up her rant as they ran into the room. The Doctor looked as if someone had punched him in the head, as he tentatively asked, "Donna? And if you're something that is inside her brain, get out right now! Do you hear me? She's my friend! GO! LEAVE THIS PLACE!" Donna eyed him in a very un-Donna like fashion. "My name is Amy Pond and I am looking for the Doctor."
"This is bad. Amy Pond, meet Wilfred Mott, Sylvia Noble, and the Doctor."
"No, you can't be. The Doctor has horrible fashion sense. He dresses like a retired professor, but he looks to be about 27 years old and acts like a five year old on to much sugar. Plus he has that awful bow-tie he thinks is 'cool'."
"Future regeneration then. Tell me something. Earlier, when you woke up you called the names Rory and River. Who are they?"
"Rory is my husband, and River's full name is River Song-"
"I met River. At the library. She died. How is she alive? I saw her die, and then I saved her on to the computer's hard drive."
Amy looked stricken. "She dies? My daughter dies? "
"Oh, Amy I didn't know she was your daughter. Wait. How can she be-"
"Time Traveler. Long story. And now it makes sense that you're the Doctor. My Doctor told Rory and me about after Melody Pond regenerated into River. Long story"
The Doctor smacked his forehead. "How could I forget? If you are in Donna's body, then she's probably in your body. And Future Me has just explained everything-How could I be so stupid? Donna has a Time Lord brain in hers. If she remembers anything about me she will die.
Amy, Wilf, and Sylvia all gasped in shock at this. "Amy, we need to get to the TARDIS as fast as we can. Can you tell me where you last remember being?"
