Once in a village so far to the edge of the world and small that not even maps marked it,
there was an attack by a fierce group of bandits.
They tried to kill the men, rape the women, and sell the children.
But out of nowhere a man on a silver horse rode up towards the bandit leader.
He was dressed like a prince all in white and silver
He took out a thin and small sword. He was only armed with his silver horse and tiny sword.
The bandits laughed, as they brandished their broadswords, axes, and clubs and went to slaughter him,
but in a single flash the bandits were cut down and laying in heaps on the ground.
The villagers were stunned at such a savior. They thought he was a God or an Angel.
But none of them were brave enough to approach him except one.
There stood a little girl who had blue eyes, but brown skin that marked her with foreign blood.
"Wait, stop! Who are you?"
"I am the Shining Knight. I protect the helpless, defend the innocent, and right the wrongs of the world."
The girl's bright blue eyes grew with excitement.
"I want to be a knight. I don't care if I am a girl or if I have brown skin. I want to be a hero like that."
A beautiful woman with long blonde hair came from the crowd whose blues eyes matched the girl's came from the crowd,
She rushed to grave the girl, but the White Knight gently pulled her hand away and bowed to the girl.
"So you are the one I was suppose to meet. I didn't expect it to be a little girl, but I won't question it."
The girl was about to ask what he meant, but she couldn't bring out the words as though under a spell.
The Knight spoke
"Young girl, keep your heart pure, follow your ideals, and stand against all evil and doubt."
He then handed her his sword.
"If you do these things and protect the helpless, defend the innocent, and right the wrongs of the world, the sword will never fail you. But stray and you will become a Dark Knight and you will be consumed by the fear and misery within all humans."
The girl seemed unconcerned with this and took the sword gladly.
"I will meet you on the day you are tested, and we will see the person what kind of Knight you truly are."
With that he vanished, along with his horse.
The only proof he left of his existence was the sword in the girl's arms.
She was now determined to become a Shinning Knight like the man who had saved her.
But was there more to this than she understood?
Hey, guys I wanted to do something knew instead of my typical romances and this story does contain a lesbian relationship. If you have a problem with that then you are free to not read. This was heavily inspired by my favorite anime of all time "Revolutionary Girl Utena."
