A/N: Written for a challenge on another site - prompt word was mistletoe. Was supposed to be less than 200 words...oops. I thought Galahad deserved a little love for the holidays.

"What is it?" Galahad's voice was barely a whisper.
"Mistletoe." Tristran crept up behind Galahad and announced loudly, causing the youngster to jump and those around him to laugh.
"That's really not…you're really not…" Galahad yelped while trying to smooth his curls and make sure he hadn't wet himself in the most inconspicuous way possible. "Why do you do that, Tristran?!"
Tristran shrugged nonchalantly, watching the group of battle-hardened Knights peering at the strangely bound decoration. He couldn't figure out why they all seemed so…uncertain. It was mistletoe. Getting stuck under it meant you had to kiss… Tristran took two quick steps back as he realized how close he'd been standing to Galahad as the boy examined the sprig.
"But what's it for?"
Galahad had barely gotten the words out when the pretty wench he'd been trying to work up the nerve to talk to walked past, stopped and walked back. Setting her tray down, she threw her arms around Galahad's neck and kissed him until the Knights were laughing and whistling.
Releasing him, she smoothed her apron, nodded to the assembly, and resumed her path to the kitchen.
Galahad, meanwhile, swayed on his feet, giggling like a child.
"Mistletoe. I think I rather like this stuff."
