Sakura looked out her bedroom window. It was quiet. Not a single leaf rustled. He's gone again. He came back but he left. Again. She looked up at the moon and sighed. Sasuke where are you?
Sasuke looked up at the sky. The full moon gave light to the dark forest. I'll be back soon.
Sakura: Why did you leave. Again.
Sasuke: I had to leave. I couldn't risk staying.
Sakura: Why won't you let us help you?
Sasuke: I have to do this on my own.
Sakura: Please just come home.
Sasuke: Not yet I can't.
Sakura: What is it. Why do you keep leaving?
Sasuke: I have to find my brother and kill him. I need my revenge.
Sakura: He's too strong. What if he kills you.
Sasuke: I have to get stronger.
Sakura: Why are you so determined?
Sasuke: I can't lose. My clan was sworn to protect…
Sakura: But hes your brother…
Sasuke: Hes a traitor…a criminal…a murderer.
Sakura: …your only living relative.
Sasuke: I want him dead.
Sakura: Why did he do it.
Sasuke: I have to stop him.
Sakura: Was it only for power?
Sasuke: I can't let him do it again.
Sakura: Is there no other way?
Sasuke: He killed everyone I loved and cared for.
Sakura: He left you alone.
Sasuke: He left me alone.
Sakura: But you have friends here.
Sasuke: That's why I have to leave.
Sakura: I don't understand.
Sasuke: I won't let him to kill the people I love. Again.
Sakura: …
Sasuke: I have to kill him before he tries to kill you.
Sakura: I don't understand….
Sasuke: He may do anything to get to me.
Sakura: …why do you always push me away. Everyone away.
Sasuke: I don't want to lose you.
Sakura: Sasuke I care about you.
Sasuke: That's why I have to push you away. That's why I push everyone away…
Sakura: I love you.
Sasuke: I love you. And that's why I want to protect you.
Sakura: Come home soon.
Sasuke: I will.
Sakura turned away from her window. She climed into her be and drifted off to sleep.
Deep in the forest Sasuke continued to gaze at the moon until his eyes felt too heavy too keep open.
