No one's POV-
"Emmm," whined Joe, "can't we do something more fun?"
Emily and Joe were currently sitting on the couch, in their new house. They got married a month or two ago and just settled into the house.
"Ugh, Joe you act like a 5 year old. Can't we just relax?" said Emily as she closed her eyes and rested her head on his shoulder.
"No, I'm bored."
"Well I want to relax." said Emily as she opened her eyes, looking at him slightly aggravated. Joe pouted as Emily gave in.
"Fine… what do you want to do?"
"Well, let's see… Nick and Miley aren't going to be here for another 4 hours and we have a pool in our backyard…" said Joe as his eyes started to light up.
"Are you serious? You want to go swimming?"
"Yes!"
"I don't know about this…"
"Pleeeeeeease" he said, pouting and stretching out the Es.
"Alright, but only because you are just too cute" she said, chuckling lightly and giving him a short but sweet kiss.
"Yes! Now, let's go!" he said, pulling her up off the couch. They both went to change and Emily got into her red bikini while Joe wore his dark blue trunks. After they finished, they met each other outside.
"Well, don't you look gorgeous" said Joe as he grabbed her hand.
"Thank you very much. I could say the same about you" said Emily as she gave him a kiss to which he eagerly responded too.
Once she pulled away, Joe let go of her hand and smirked. She looked at him curiously and his smirk only got bigger.
"Cannonball!" yelled Joe as he got to the side of the pool and jumped in, soaking Emily in the process.
"Ugh, you got me wet!" said Emily as she crinkled her nose.
"Well, that's the whole point of swimming!"
"Well, I wasn't planning on going in the water. I was thinking about relaxing on my chair, but now that I'm wet I might as well go swimming" she said, rolling her eyes.
As she got in Joe swam toward her and put his arms around her waist as she put her arms around his neck.
"Don't you just love swimming" asked Joe as he started to lean in.
"Sure, why not." replied Emily.
They closed the gap between them and it turned out to be a pretty heated make-out session in the pool. They both pulled apart due to lack of breath, foreheads pressed against each other.
"Still bored?" said Emily as she smirked.
"Nope." replied Joe as he smiled back.
Alright, that was a super short one-shot but whatever. A bit cheesy & stuff but oh well. Hope you liked it. (: Tell me whether or not I should write more one-shots.
