Ron was tired of waiting. He seemed to be doing too much of that lately, and contrary to popular belief, he wasn't stupid. Everyone else was just too stupid to realize his genius. As long as he stayed Harry's friend, everyone would give him what he wanted. Harry made it damn hard to be his friend sometimes though. Why can't he just let me have Hermione? It's not fair!
