just a quick drabble :) enjoy.

You and Kendall Schmidt were best friends, you told everything to each other everything.

Although he was on tour a lot, or filming or gone to a photo shoot you somehow would always end up together after everything was done. He'd come over and watch movies with you, He'd sing and dance with you, play video games and it made you so happy that although he was busy, and famous, he still had time for you.

Lately you couldn't help but notice how Kendalls eyes would be a different shade of green depending on the color he was wearing. The way he'd laugh and his dimple would pop out. The way he smelled. You just couldn't get enough of being around him... and looking at him?

He called you every night when he'd get home if he didn't spend the night to make sure you knew he was safe and that he loves you.

Your friends would joke around "Y/N he so likes you! just tell him what you've been feeling! he feels the same!" but what if you did tell him? would things change?

Tomorrow he was leaving for tour... after laying in bed for hours, you decide you were going to talk to him.. maybe get out some of these feelings and hope he feels the same.

It was around 11:00 pm, Kendall finally texts you.

Hey I'll be over in 15 minutes, i'll bring some pizza. I was thinking we could watch 17 again? :)

You smile at the text and reply quickly

YES. that sounds amazing, and plus we gotta talk ok? see you soon! xx

you go and sit on the couch and wait for Kendall.

After about 15 minutes you finally see headlights in the window and run to the door and open it.

Kendall comes in and brings the pizza on the night stand next to the couch, then goes over and hugs you.

you grab a piece of pizza and you both sit on the couch and put the movie on.

About halfway though Kendall looks at you, "Hey, what'd you wanna talk about?" you feel your stomach flip and look at him. "Um.. well this is hard to say." He keeps looking at you, and you realize you just need to get it over with.

so you blurt it out.

"Kendall I really like you." and look then you look at him. He smiled and put his arm around you, "I like you too, you're my bestfriend!" Oh no... did he really just say that..

You realize you're stuck in the friend zone. You smile to pretend thats what you meant by you like him and you finish the movie.

When it's over with Kendall gets up, "I had a lot of fun... I'll see you in about a month. I promise to text and call everyday!" You get up and hug him breathing in his scent one last time. "Alright i'll miss you Kendall"

He kisses your head "I love you and i'll miss you Y/N"

He lets go of you grabbing his keys and leaving, you watch him leave and run to your room, then lay in bed.

You get on facebook and sigh going through your news feed. You tear up reading his status "TOUR TIME!"

You click the status button and update before you decide to go to bed, and probably cry. "it's on the line i've waited for a sign, i see it in your eyes i know you really feel the same... I need to know if i should raise of fold my heart is stuck on hold, I wanna know which way to go - I can't love alone"
