I watched the Wedding Singer last week and knew I had to write this.

I don't own Glee or The Wedding Singer.

Will's quick departure took Emma by surprise. Caught up in the moment she momentarily forgot who she would actually be marrying. She turned back to the mirror where a matrimonial vision was displayed. The dress looked amazing on her. Her hair accented it perfectly. She couldn't have looked better. A perfect wedding. Well, almost perfect. She would not be marrying the love of her life. She'd be marrying Ken Tanaka.

While gazing at her perfect gown, she recall a woman in a similar position as her. Julia. Of course in The Wedding Singer, Julia got the man of her dreams and happily ever after. But Emma knew this was not a movie. She would be marrying Ken. She should accept it.

"Hello." she smiled in the mirror, "I'm Emma Tanaka." No, no that doesn't sound right. She thought.

"Pleased to meet you, I'm Mrs. Ken Tanaka." disliking it she switched to a new one. "I'm Emma Pillsbury-Tanaka," she tried on for size. Oh, that doesn't sound right either. She scrolled through every possible combination of words until they fit.

Then she found the one, the perfect one.

"Hi there. I'm Mrs. Emma Schuester." Her smile brightened. "Will and I are so glad you could make it."

Emma knew this was not a movie. But, if only for a moment she could trade places with Julia, and know in near future, she would be Mrs. Will Schuester. She hummed the familiar tune in her head.

I wanna grow old with you...
