Arashi: This is an oneshot set in the verse of Jono's Dragon Lord where Seth and Seto are twins separated for years. You really don't have to Read Jono's Dragon Lord to understand this one since this can be seen as a stand alone as an oneshot.

Dragon Lord's Halloween Question
Summary: Seeing this is his first Halloween in Japan since a child, Joey wants it perfect Halloween for Seth. Maybe he doesn't have to worry so much when he gets a shock. Will he agree or decline Seth's question?
Raising a brow and a smirk upon the sight of his blond hair boyfriend rushing around Kaiba manor to get their costumes read to show the Dragon Lord and his Puppy's appearance get Seth to remember the good old days. He rolls his eyes a bit seeing Joey adding the last minute adjustments to the costumes then look at his work with pride. Why can't his Jono get the hint he's happy to have the blond by his side no matter what holiday it is. Though then again it's kind of nice being fuss about to make sure costumes are perfect for their first Halloween together since last been kids. Then Seth figures Joey is really wanting to make it perfect to make up the years of separation.
With that thought in mind he hums in understanding wrapping his arms around the blond teen's waist murmuring huskily, "My sweet Jono of the Nile will you marry me?"
Silent chuckles pass his lips at the fish impression and the shock in those sweet brown eyes as they bore to him making him brush his lips against Joey's asking, "What is it, yes or no?"
"Yes," Joey whimpers softly feeling Seth's firm body pressing into him before being kiss senselessly.
Joey couldn't help but think this is the most perfect Halloween they'll have as he stares at his now Fiancé who pulls away from the kiss to rest their foreheads together as a cheekily smile that hint a bit perverted causes him to plush as he said, "You know we should have you wear a Wedding Gown for Next Halloween or whenever we set the date for the wedding.
"SETH!"
Joey's voice could be through out the mansion getting most of their friends and the Kaiba brothers to blink in confusion as a thought cross their mind. What in the hell is that scream for? Its not like they're going at it like rabbits, are they?
