Bran dreamt this dream a thousand times.
A man was there with a shock of white hair under a cloak shifting in the wind. Others were with him and he could taste the sadness in the air.
Sound distorted. He couldn't hear the old man's words, only the roaring wind and sobs of a young girl. He tried to stop it but the usual flash of brightness blinded him.
But it was different, he blinked hard, trying again to see the figure he had glimpsed for the first time, standing behind the cloaked figure. It looked like him….but much older.
