Good vs. Evil
A/N: This is a slightly bizarre one shot which is the script to what my friends and I presented in Drama. We were supposed to pick a real-life, yet uncommon, scenario. This is what we did. The credits are posted below.
Harry Potter – Taylor
Lord Voldemort – Emma (Me)
Referee / Voldemort's coach – Emily
Person who holds up signs – Jessica
Sound Effects Dude – Miles
Scene 1
"Oh, I love my shiny wand!" said Harry Potter, walking down the street, stroking his wand. He didn't even notice Lord Voldemort walking up the street directly in front of him, smoking a cigarette. When they met, Voldemort accidentally flicked his cigarette in Harry's eye, while Harry accidentally thrust his wand into Voldemort's eye.
"AAAARGH!" they both screamed in pain.
"POTTER! I DEMAND VENGEANCE! I challenge you, right here, right now!" Voldemort yelled.
"I can't!" cried Harry. "Too many people are watching! How about we use that wrestling ring over there?"
"Sure, suits me," agreed Voldemort.
Scene 2
"Welcome all to the ultimate showdown between good-" the Ref paused as a girl holding a sign saying 'GOOD' walked in front of her. "And Evil!" The girl walked past again, this time with a sign saying 'EVIL!'
"In this corner, the Prince of Darkness, Dark Wizard, LORD VOLDEMORT!" Once again, the girl walked by. This time her sign said 'HISS'.
"In the other corner, the boy who lived, the chosen one, HARRY POTTER!" The girl returned with a sign saying 'APPLAUSE'.
"All right, I want a clean fight. Nothing dirty." Said the ref. A girl walked past, holding a sign. It said 'ROUND 1'.
"DING DING!" yelled the ref.
"DUN. DUN DUN DUN." Sang the sound effects dude, to the tune of eye of the tiger.
They stood poised with their wands ready. Nobody moved a muscle, until suddenly Harry pulled his arm back and punched Voldemort in the face.
"AAAARGH!" Voldemort screamed in pain.
"Penalty shot to Voldemort!" said the ref. Voldemort grinned and kicked Harry in the shins. Harry fell over, and Voldemort continued to kick him. A girl walked past holding a sign, saying 'K.O.!'
"Round one goes to Voldemort!" said the ref.
"Ok, he's doing well out there. Are you psyched?" asked Voldemort's coach.
"Yeah!" Yelled Voldemort, saying it like 'yi-yah!'
"Are you pumped?" she asked.
"Yeah!" he replied again.
"Then go GIT him!" she yelled.
"Yeah!" Yelled Voldemort. A girl walked past holding a sign declaring 'ROUND 2'.
(A/N: This whole round is in slow motion.)
Voldemort cast the first spell of the match. He turned Harry into a rat. He laughed evilly, and failed to notice Harry running up to him. Harry began to bite his leg. Voldemort flailed his arms comically, then kicked Harry in the face, purely by accident. Harry was knocked out.
"Round two goes to Voldemort. VOLDEMORT WINS!" Voldemort waved his arms in celebration, still in slow motion. The sound effects dude made the sounds of a screaming crowd. Harry was still a rat. A girl walked past holding a sign. It said 'THE END'.
A/N: Very strange. Sadly, it was probably the best scene acted out. You may have guessed that no one in that act has any involvement whatsoever with wrestling. Please review, although this time I understand if you don't.
