A/N: Hey! My first publish, but nothing serious! I hope you enjoy!

It was the Ghost Zone's annual Christmas party, and as per routine, the night had carried into Christmas caroling. The Ghost Writer played the piano accompaniment as Ember sang "Chestnuts (Roasting on an Open Fire)" and Plasmius serenaded them with "Silent Night" (while glaring at his noisy bird cohorts). However, it came as a surprise to everyone when the Box Ghost stepped up to sing the "Ode to Joy". More surprising than the fact that he could (sorta) sing, was his version of the song…..

Boxes, boxes, we adore thee!

All thy boxy awesomeness!

As we fold thee you'll leave bleeding

Slices deep into our skin!

All thy square and box-y wonder

Be thee brown or gray or white!

We'll forever fold thee, boxes,

Through the day and through the night!

Needless to say, the caroling was over for the night.

I'm going to be entirely honest when I say that this isn't nearly as good as I'd hoped. The song came from a touch of boredom at work, where we fold LOTS of boxes. And get lots of papercuts too, from said boxes. I enjoyed writing this though. Anyways, welcome to my Drabble Café!
