A/N: Just a short Alaudi02 drabble I wrote just now.
I don't know where the inspiration for this came from... I just know that I think this pairing needs to be written about more often...

Alaudi didn't usually bother himself with his fellow guardians. In fact he did just live up to his reputation and acted like the aloof cloud that was his attribute as Giotto's guardian.
However there was one thing he never failed to notice about one of the other men. It wasn't something unusual; to be accurate it was rather common among people. But it was something that really got on his nerves.
He just couldn't stand to look at it, couldn't stand to smell it and couldn't stand to hear the sounds made while doing it.
Really, whenever he saw G smoking he found it very hard to restrain himself from grabbing the cigarette from the red-haired man's mouth and extinguish it.
Not only did these things smell bad, he was also pretty sure that they would ruin G's health one day.
On the other hand...stuff like that wasn't anything he should bother himself with. There were more important things at hand.
But when he met G out in the hallway one day, leaning next to a closed window and staring outside at the dark clouds in the sky, a smoke between his lips he just couldn't resist anymore.
With an indifferent expression on his face he went over to the archer and took the cigarette from his lips.
"You should quit smoking."
"Give that back."
Alaudi smirked, amused by the scowl on G's face.
"No," he answered bluntly before opening the window and throwing the cigarette out.
"Just what the hell is your problem?"
"I just don't want you to smoke..."
"It's none of your business whether I smoke or not..."
"It irritates me..."
"It calms me down when I'm stressed."
"There are better ways to reduce stress, you know."
"...What is that supposed to mean?"
Instead of answering Alaudi just smirked and grabbed G's chin to place a rough kiss onto his lips.
When he had enough he pulled away again and gave G another smirk before turning away.
"If you need something to reduce your stress you know where to find me."
"Idiota...Of course I know that. But...I still won't stop smoking!"
It was the last thing Alaudi heard before he turned around the next corner, the smirk still on his face.
He had already known that it wouldn't work, but it had been worth a try.
Maybe, he mused as he strolled down the corridor towards the room he shared with G, maybe he didn't mind at all. At least as long as the cigarettes were the only stress relief besides him G used.
