Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.
A/N: This is Alice and Frank Longbottoms' happiest moments.
Sorry I haven't posted in like over a week. My birthday was this past week, and between that and the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, I have been very busy.
Anyway, here's my fluff of a story:
Frank's POV:
I am so nervous, as I stand here, waiting for my fiancé to walk down the aisle, in her white gown, that I haven't seen, but I am sure is beautiful.
It feels like I am standing here for an eternity, but in reality, it is probably only a minute or two, before the music starts. The traditional song is played, as I see my wife-to-be walk down the aisle, on her father's arm.
Alice's POV:
My stomach is doing flip-flops. My soon-to-be-husband is standing up front, bouncing a bit, in nervousness. My father has a tight grip on my arm, to ensure I don't fall, and make an extreme idiot of myself.
The walk up the aisle is quite long, but finally, I am standing in front of the officiant, and staring into the eyes of Frank, my one and only love.
Frank's POV:
I can't help but feel overwhelmingly happy, as I listen to the wedding start, and I stare into Alice's beautiful eyes.
The officiant says, "We are gathered here today in the face of this company, to join together Alice and Frank in matrimony; which is an honourable and solemn estate and therefore is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly, but reverently and soberly. Into this estate these two persons present come now to be joined. If any one can show just cause why they may not be lawfully joined together, let them speak now or forever hold their peace."
I drew in my breath, as I listened to the silence resonating through the building.
Alice's POV:
I must say that that line made me a little nervous, but no one said anything. It was just silent. Getting through that line allowed happiness to flow through me. I let out a huge smile, which Frank returned.
"Do you, Frank, take Alice, to be your wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish," the officiant continues, "and do you promise to be faithful to her until death parts you both?"
Frank says, "I do," in his confident voice, that is music to my ears.
Frank's POV:
Now that the main line is over, I let out a deep breathe, and listen as the officiant continues.
"And do you, Alice, take Frank, to be your husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish and do you promise to be faithful to him until death parts you both?"
Alice's timid, shy, sweet voice, replies, "I do." I return the smile she gives me.
We both know that we will never be happier than right now, as we stare in each other's eyes, and smile at each other's "I dos."
We place the rings on each other, and snog each other senseless, when we were told to.
Alice's POV:
The audience laughed at how long we were kissing, but I don't care. We are allowed to do whatever we want, because we are married. I give a little chuckle at that, and Frank gives me a confused look. I shake my head because I don't want to explain that thought to him.
The officiant ends the wedding, by saying, "I now pronounce Mr. and Mrs. Longbottom husband and wife."
The audience cheers, and I know I will always remember this moment.
A/N: *throws up because this is so fluffy, and cheesy, and sappy* XD
Hope you guys liked it.
Review, please. Thanks!
