A/N: Little poem I came up with that describes Snape's unending love for Lily Potter, and vice versa. Read and Review!
He was alone, lost in the dark
She was a lively one, steady and strong.
He was a kind boy, with a good heart,
And she was happy, she never felt wrong.
The day that they met, the sun shined true
And everyone was happy.
The sky was a perfect, cloudless blue,
And this poem might seem sappy.
But there was a spark, in both of their smiles
And they thought it would last longer than a while.
But their paths only crossed for a few years, at best
And then they had to walk alone for the rest.
Both broken hearted, saddened, and blue
And they could only hope that the other one knew
How they truly felt that day beneath the sun
They both hoped the other knew
That they were the only one.
When she died, he couldn't breathe, and was sure he couldn't live
There was no one else to love, and nothing that he could give
His heart was broken, torn, and beat
And he couldn't feel from his head to his feet.
And when he looked at her son, he saw his own Heaven
Because he saw her eyes, the Eyes of Lily Evens.
"Always".

PS: I tried to make the beginning of it look like a lightening bolt...hard to do on Doc Manager...I spent 15 minutes doing it...it looked PERFECT...and then...it wouldnt save that way! Ugh:(
