The hall was dark and cold. The only light there was was coming from the stage, lit by the dim blue, purple and white spotlights. Three animatronic animals filled the center of the stage. Brandy Bunny; a cyan and violet bunny with rosy cheeks and one orange eye. The other eye would always fall out, because kids, who couldn't keep their hands to themselves, would always mess around with his face. They would try to draw on him and tear him apart. His arm would often drop off too, but the employees would never buy a new one. 'Just pop his old arm back on in the safe room, then he'll be good to go.' The manager would always say.
There was a wolf animatronic called Silver to his left, who had a red scarf. It was dirty, torn and chewed. Children would always steal it and use it for various things, most things quite rude and terrible. But, still Silver had to wear it.
To Brandy's right, there was a purple bear with a golden bow tie and top hat. He hated the children, and would always shove them away. Parents would say he was 'Violent' and 'A bad influence' but he was far from it. Grumpy, sure, but he would never truly hurt a child, he wasn't like that. A musky, dusty smell hung in the air, and the black and white tiled floor was dirty with cheese and tomato sauce from discarded and forgotten food.
Brandy's Burgers was similar to the family diner down the road, which made people wary to go there. The diner had had an incident, where a child's head had been crushed by a Spring-loaded Fredbear suit. It hadn't been the animatronic's fault, a big brother had bullied the child, until it was too much. The child died, and the restaurant was closed down. The animatronics at Brandy's were more intelligent, and could stop this kind of thing from happening easily. They could speak manually, instead of being programmed to say things like the others. The restaurant had not been based on something, like Fredbear's (Which had been inspired by the popular 'Fredbear and Friends' TV show) it had just been a teenage girl's dream to make a successful business and work with animatronics. The burger place contained a security office, store room, a backstage and dozens of hallways. On the walls were various drawings by children; pictures of Brandy and the gang, the 'Fazbear Crew' ,who were also from the Fredbear and Friends TV show, various food items and even members of staff.
The animatronics were ready. The company had wanted to employ a security guard so that an incident like the one at Fredbear's Family Diner could never happen again. The guard would have to keep an eye on the animatronics and make sure they were okay to be with children. If not, he would tell the manager and the mechanic would have to fix the problem before the place opens.
The guard's name was Mike Schmidt.
