Alright this is my first X man: evolution fic. I only own the characters you don't recognize. If I did own it I would have put gambit in sooner.
Enter the X Dragon: Chapter 1
The police were baffled, especially detective Jack McMillan. What were they baffled with? Apparently a drug smuggling ring was broken up by what the "victims" say was a "Fire breathing reptile with clothes on." Most of them would have said that they were trying their own product. But later when a drug test was administered all of the tests came back clean. "Hey Mac wanna get a drink." Jack sighed, "Maybe later Rivers but I got to finish this paperwork". As the cop looked back at the work he went deep in thought. "Nobody killed, nobody shot, no drugs or money taken and everybody saw the same thing". "Whoever you are you probably got the whole underground shaking right now.
Inside the Xavier school for the gifted, Professor Xavier was searching for new mutants. Apparently he found one in Germany and was about to shut Cerebro down. "Hmmm what have we here?" He found a strong mutant signature in Brooklyn, New York. "Mutant found, Name: Andre Law-Ryu". Charles looked in thought. "Powers?" he asked. "Unknown". Charles sighed and telepathically called Ororo AKA "Storm". "Storm I need you Jean and Scott to get ready it appears we have a new mutant in our midsts and a powerful one at that". Storm replied "we are on our way".
Over the rooftops of Brooklyn was a figure that looked to be flying. The figure landed on the roof tops in the shadows. Out of the shadows came a young kid. He was roughly 16 with black hair in corn rows. He had on what seemed to be shinobi sandals and black baggy combat pants with grey flames. He also had on a black tank top with what looked to be an "H" in slash marks two Katanas strapped to his back. Out of one of his pockets he pulled out a disposable cell phone. "Hey Auntie Rin" he said "Yeah no troubles". He paced around a little bit. "Alright I'll be back at the dojo in five minutes". He hung up and laughed showing what seemed to be razor sharp teeth. "Another night for the Dragon" he said. Then he ran across the apartment buildings into the darkness.
