"I know what we're gonna do today, Ferb!"
Candace stared out the window at her brothers. That's it. Where's Perry?
"Hey, where's Perry?"
Ooh, just wait, boys, all your plotting won't work this time! I'll bust you for sure! "Mom! Mom!" she yelled. "MOOOOM!"
"Your mother's gone out," Dad said from somewhere. Candace groaned. "I'm off too, have a good day!" he added.
When the front door clicked, Candace started pacing. "Call Stacey? No. Jenny? No. Jeremy? Oh, oh definitely no!" She darted to the window again, glaring at her brothers. "What're you up to …"
Outside, all she could see was a blueprint rolled out on the ground and Phineas standing by it. Ferb wasn't in sight. "Hey, whe-" she started to say, cutting herself off at the sight of a delivery truck. It dumped a single, enormous crate and inside of a minute was gone. Hmm. Suspiscious.
Through the window she couldn't hear what was going on, but she knew she'd find out. And so would Mom. "Today's the day, boys!" she said gleefully. "I'm going to bust you for sure! You can't defeat me when I've planned for it!" Already excited about her brilliant plan, she then performed a perfectly justified busting-dance. Today, she'd really do it. Nothing could go wrong.
