"I love you" Blaine's voice softly said.

"I've loved you since the day I met you. I knew you were special. You were the one who would make my days better. You would be the sunshine, the light, in the darkest of my days.

And you were. Those days, I was okay. I went through life as if nothing happened, I went through life as if I never did those things to myself, and no one did things to me. I denied my deepest emotions, and tried to forget about my past. But you, you, Kurt, made me accept the past, made me feel like I wasn't the only one. Made me ready for my future.

You are my future, Kurt. You helped me get ready for it, and you are part of it now.

Wherever you go, you will always be in my heart.

When I'm sad, your face, your words will be the ones that make me smile again. When I'm lonely, you'll be the one in my mind.

New York, and whatever happens there, will make no difference in this. I will always love you, and you will always be in my heart."

"And you'll be in mine" Kurt's voice somehow managed to say, while the tears ran down his cheeks.

"I know. But please, Kurt, don't let me stop you. Your dreams shouldn't be stopped by me. They are bigger than I am.

Don't wait for me. Go, go and make your dreams come true. Don't think of me, it will only stop you.

The world is waiting for you, eager to see your talent. Don't keep them waiting over me."

Kurt couldn't hold it longer. He threw himself in Blaine's arms, holding him tight.

"I'll come soon, I promise. But until then, make your dreams come true. I believe you can, Kurt."

"I love you" Kurt whispered in his ear, thinking this might be the last time saying it.

"I love you too."
