Mary let out a heart wrenching sob that torn Ib's heart into two. "What are you doing here?" her small wind chime voice made its way to the two who felt the hurt in her voice. Garry and Ib stood hand in hand ready to take on anything the blonde painting -who had effectively grown on them- dished out.

"Get out! Get out! Get out!" Tiny tears streamed down her porcelain cheeks as she slashed out at the man too angered to process how she lashed out and if it would do any good. Garry let out a small girlish shriek as he dodged Mary's attempts to hurt him. Ib felt the tears collect in her ruby eyes she hated seeing anyone she cared for feel pain or sadness.

"Mary! Mary!" her attempts to reach the blond went unnoticed by the one she was trying to reach out to. The purplette made a split second decision and grabbed Mary by the arms and held her close.

Mary gasped before struggling to get out of his hold before just falling limp. She screamed and cried at the unfairness of it all. Ib couldn't hold it in anymore she let the tears fall before running to join the other two in their comforting embrace.

Knocking the palette knife out of the other girls hand. Ib started to sing the lullaby her mom sang to her whenever she felt sick or upset.

"You are my sunshine'

my only sunshine

you make me happy when skies are grey..."

It effectively hushed the girl and have her calm down. She was baffled why were they so nice to her when all she ever did was deceive and hurt them? Ib pulled out of the hug with a smile that seemed to old for her nine year old face. "I'll stay with you Mary."

"B-but Ib you have people who love you out there in the real world, you need to go home." Ib shook her head and laughed.

"Nah only my parents and they've always told me that f i felt the need to do something like this then i should just go with my heart." Ib smiled and held out her hand for Mary to hold. Garry smiled down at the two.

"And im not leaving either." The tone in his voice spoke of finality. Mary started to cry she felt blessed to have these two people she brought in here to drop everything they loved to stay in this accursed place for her. Ib and Mary fell asleep hand in hand against Garry who drifted off as well. Together forever.
