Insert clever greeting here. I've been really into some roleplays that I'm doing as well as a different story I'm writing on some other website. This is just my work in progress because I feel mean having not uploaded in over a month. I repeat THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, please do NOT complain about it sucking or being short or whatever. It has not been edited yet and I'm literally just typing up what I've written in my notebook. Also, if you're character isn't in this wip, don't fret because I can't put them all in one chapter. This chapter is James centric, other chapters will be centered on different people, okay? Okay.

"Alright Mum, I'll take care of Lily. Bye!" James sighed as he darted away from his crazy mother, creating as much distance between them as he could. Being the oldest child really was a burden. Well, not really because James didn't act the part, but he still had some responsibilities. James was one of the last people to get on the Hogwarts Express and didn't take his time finding his sister and cousins. He'd have preferred to sit with his friends, but if he left Lily alone he would most likely get a howler from his mum.

He entered a compartment in a very ungraceful way that could only be pulled off by James Potter. When he got in his brother, sister, and cousins looked up at him. Being the oldest was definitely a drag. He sort of wanted to know what it would be like to be the getting beaten up, but then again not really. Lily patted the seat next to herself, motioning for James to sit down. With Rose, Hugo, Albus, Lily, and James in the small space, it was pretty crowded, but Hugo sat on the ground with his back against the window to make room. Although James would never admit it, it was actually rather cozy being all stuffed in a little compartment.

"Hey there Lils, you're excited aren't you? You've already changed into your robes." Lily nodded vigorously. "Don't get too excited, Hogwarts is a scary place. Did you know that the ghost of the Gryffindor tower has no head?" Lily just rolled her eyes.

"Did you know I don't believe over half of what you say?" Lily asked James

"No, it's true. He has a head, but it's only attached to his body by a little piece of skin." Albus jumped in.

"See?" James said to Lily. Who mumbled a 'whatever'

That's all. Yes, this is everything I've written. I will be adding more, a lot more. Expect a chapter with 3000+ words. Anyways…

Peace, Love, and Constant Vigilance!
