Sitting, Waiting, Wishing
We're not individuals,
No, not yet.
We are all the same.
Sitting, waiting, wishing,
Hoping, praying to God
That it would happen.
Time goes by slower and slower.
Never ending time.
Lost in the never ending words
Of the elder up front.
Then finally, when all that
Wishing pays off,
It happens.
The loud noise is sweet victory.
We are now individuals,
Until second period.
I was really bored during first period so I wrote this little poem all by myself! I know, you're proud of me. Just kidding. So I hope you like it. If you didn't get it it's supposed to be about school. Just so you know. This is my second poem I have ever written. But I didn't have help on it like Priestess did. Anyways, hope you enjoyed it!
