Two Years Later

I bolted into a sitting position with a scream. I could feel the hot tears cascading down my cheeks. I could hear Ron slowly making his way up into the attic. When I found my parents in Australia they were furious with me. They through me out of the house and blamed me for ruining their business. That's all they ever really cared about. So since then I moved into the attic at the Burrow. The ghoul was moved into a shed outside.

I started to rock back and forth, attempting to calm myself down. "Do you want to talk about it?" He sat down on my bed Indian style and pulled me onto his lap. And wrapped his arms around, me keeping me pressed against his chest.

"She tortured me and killed me. Then I watched her kill you from the spirit world." I turned into him and buried my head into his chest.

"She will never do that to us. She's dead." He kissed my forehead as he rocked us back and forth. "And even if she still was alive, I wouldn't allow her to do that to you anyway." Do you want some tea to calm down?"

I looked into his baby blue eyes. "Yea." I wrapped my arms around his neck and held onto him tightly.

"You're going to have to let go." He said smiling down at me.

I smiled and could feel the blood rush to my cheeks. "No." He chuckled as I buried my head into his chest again.

"Well then, you're just going to have to come with me." He rearranged me in his arms and picked my up bridal style.

"What no. No. No, no, no, no, no." I squealed and started flailing in his arms.

"Stop. Be a good girl before my parents hear and think that we're "being naughty".

"Hey, I am a good girl. And I've never been "naughty" in my whole life."

"I know you haven't, but they don't know that you haven't."

Ron started to slowly make his way to the stairs. I glanced down the stairs and started to feel terrified. "You better not drop me."

"Now why would I drop you?"

"I don't know, just don't." Needless to say he didn't drop me.

"Now I can't make tea if I'm holding you." He said as he set me on my feet. Well I wouldn't have it, so I jumped onto his back, and scared him half to death. Lucky for me he didn't fall. "Hey!"

"Hey yourself."

"Here you go."

"Thanks."

When were done with our tea I crawled over to him and made myself comfortable in his lap, using him as a pillow. Once we were wrapped in the blanket I was asleep again. Except this time there were no nightmares. Because for those few moments, wrapped up in his arms, I felt Safe.
