Blaise was sitting next to Draco Malfoy at the Slytherin table five years' after graduation. Waiting to see one girl would keep her promise.
At the Gryffindor table Hermione sat with Ginny Malfoy, even though Ginny was only there because she was married to Draco. Harry and Ron couldn't be there because of their Aurora training so she sat with the next best person which just happened to be Ginny. The only reason she came without them was to keep a certain promise to the one and only Blaise Zabini.
Blaise smiled to himself when he saw the now curly headed girl. She had kept the first part of their promise.
After Headmaster Dumbledore gave his welcome back speech , Hermione stood up and walked to the exit of the Great Hall, Blaise hot on her trail.
Both of their hands touched and the old sparks flew. Hermione blushed and pushed open and the Slytherin smirked seeing her blush but stop once the door smacked into his face.
Their promise to each other to them to the Black Lake. Sitting on the old rock that was and probably would always be there.
Blaise sat down to a calm looking Hermione. Without warning he got in front of her and kissed her right on the lips.
This was a shocked Hermione. He was not supposed to be kissing her. He was supposed to be Apparating them both to their flat, where he would beg for forgiveness, Hermione would oblige after a while and they would sit on the couch and watch movies the rest of the night.
Blaise broke after a few. He knew what he did was wrong. He was suppose to keep up his half of the deal. Remembering his promise Blaise took Hermione's hand and Apparated to their flat where he began begging for forgiveness he didn't beg long thought. For soon he felt her lips on his and he smirked against her's.
Hermione felt Blaise smirk on her lips. 'It's the Slytherin way' he had once told her. She pulled back and he started to protest.
Blaise looked at her with anger in his blue eyes. She looked back with amusement in hers. She smirked at him. He looked taken back. She had NEVER smirked at HIM!
Deciding to tease him she kissed him once more before saying, "Well, I'm going to bed."
Blaise started at her like she was crazy. " You can't just kiss me then declare your going to bed! You're my fiancé!" he declared.
Hermione frowned at him, " Yes Blaise, I'm your fiancé but you shouldn't have made me sign a contract saying I'd be there." She said her voice dripping with malice. "Sorry." He said sheepishly. "S'okay." she murmured. He got to kiss her once more before until she pulled away. "G'night!" she cried skipping away to their room. "WHAT!" Blaise said hopelessly confused.
Hermione was getting ready for bed when she thought 'There goes movie night.'
