This is a one shot that I thought of while riding the bus. Depending on the feedback, this may become a series, but I can promise nothing for the time being. I read the reviews and appreciate any feedback you have to give. With that being said, please enjoy!
Jaune liked to believe that he was a lucky guy. That was until a wave of dizziness and nausea washed over him, causing him to cup his hands over his mouth and blindly stumble into the bathroom. After he finished empting his breakfast into the porcelain throne he kneeled before, he walked over to the sink to wash his mouth out. Only to stop as he glanced toward the mirror.
"What the...?" he let out when he saw his reflection.
The right side of his hair was no longer a bright blonde, but was now a dark brown, along with his right eye.
"That's not how it was this morning." He thought.
"You can say that again" came the response.
He jumped at the sudden voice, earning the confused looks of fellow bathroom-goers. He looked around for the origin of the voice he heard, only to jump as it spoke again.
"What the f #k are you doing, I'm inside your head not dropping the kids off at the pool."
"You're inside my head? Does that mean you hear my thoughts?"
"I believe I made that clear when I did this exact thing literally 7 seconds ago"
"Well, why are you here?"
"That's one life's great mysteries isn't it?" He quipped.
"Come on man! This is serious. I don't want to spend the rest of my life with another person inside my head."
"Sorry, it's just hard to take you seriously when you've still got some puke on your lips."
He immediately noticed and went back to the sink. After washing his stomach out of his mouth, he stared back at his reflection and sighed.
"Life's about to get a whole lot more complicated, isn't it?" He said.
The voice spoke up once more, dripping with sarcasm.
"Like it was ever simple to begin with"
