The Smash Tourney
"Attention Brawlers", the voice announced. "I am here to announce the Brawl Tournament! All of you except for Ganondorf, Jigglypuff, Link, Captain Falcon, Bowser, and Mario have qualified. With that, here's the first match: Ganondorf vs. Mario." "Why-a do I have to qualify," Mario said. Ganondorf answered "Because you fail, and I'm going to beat you!" "Let's-a just get to the brawl-a," Mario said defiantly.
Now that the brawlers had entered Final Destination, Master Hand said the signal "3...2...1...GO!" Mario started with a fireball, and immediately chased after it. But Ganondorf over-rid the fire with a dash attack, and hit Mario in the face with it for 15% damage. Ganondorf then tried to let off a Warlock Punch, but was turned around by Mario's cape. Mario then had time to fully charge a smash, hitting Ganondorf for about 21% damage and knocking him back. Mario followed Ganondorf into the air, using his double leg kick to knock him off the stage. Ganondorf got back on, grabbing the ledge, while Mario got out his F.L.U.D.D. and
started charging it. When Ganondorf got back on the stage, Mario immediately released the water blast, knocking Ganon off the stage... again. Mario knew that this was the time to kill. "See you-a later", he said as he KOed Ganondorf with his spike. "Game!" Master Hand's voice ran through the stadium. "Congratulations, Mario, you have won a spot in the championships. You will be playing... Snake. "H3 w0n't g3t p4st m3, c4us3 1'm 3p1c l13k th4t," Snake said. "1 1$ th3 B1g B0$$." "Shut the #*% up, dude", Meta Knight answered.
So, the prelims start. A very interesting battle indeed, although it was pretty one-sided.
