Dislaimer- I do not own Final Fantasy X-2. If I did own Final Fantasy I never would've allowed stupid Kingdom Hearts to be made. That thing is a spit in the face to Final Fantasy.
I wrote this mainly because I wanted to write something other then Ghost in the Shell for once. Read, review and no flames.
It was a warm summer evening on the island of Besaid. It has been five months since Yuna, Rikku, and Paine defeated Vegnagun. The three of them still travel Spria in search of spheres but tonight the Gullwings are spending the night on the island. Yuna was sitting on the beach, staring out at the vast ocean. It was peaceful and quiet, just the way the ex-summoner liked it. But something was missing.. Yuna then put her fingers in her mouth and whistled not once but three times.
"You said you would come running." she sadly said to herself. Yuna then slammed her fist down on the sand. "Damnit"
She looked around the beach a little bit and finally looked back out at the ocean. A few tears were now streaming down her face.
"I can't do this anymore. I can't just sit here and cry all the time. I must move on." Yuna said as she stood up and wiped the tears away.
"YOU HEAR ME. I'M DONE WAITING FOR YOU!" she yelled out at the top of her lungs.
"Good because you don't have to wait anymore." said a voice from behind her. Yuna stopped where she was. 'It can't be.' she thought. She turned around to face the person while shaking her head no. Her bi-colored eyes went wide as she saw that it was Tidus standing there. Yuna just stood there, not knowing what to do. Tidus slowly approched her and pulled her in for a tight embrace. Fresh tears were now running down both of their faces as they stood there holding eachother tightly.
"How are you here?" she asked.
"I don't know but I'm here with you and thats all that matters." He replied. Tidus then gently kissed her. The kiss slowly became more passionate as they fell down together to the sand below.
I know this ending is abrupt but I need to finally write a happy story. All my other ones are sad. I orignally wrote that this was just a dream but I've done enough sad stories. And I must tell you I hate Tidus so I had to force myself not to bash him in this story.
